Accurate, and tricky. - The normal play is, as White you try to win, as Black you try to draw. (today not so much actually) - Here, Black has managed to draw. Black can't move, other than king moves, but mission accomplished. I mean main line here, not Hanham or Lion variations.

Uhm, I know at least through White's 10th move, it is all theory, and White has ZERO advantage.

What is there disgusting about it?  The most "disgusting" thing about it is White's Stupidity for playing the Danish.  You cannot accuse Black for playing the equalizer if you are going to give him the opportunity to do so immediately!

That would be like playing the Exchange Variation against the French, and then Whining and Belly-aching that Black is copying your moves.  After 1.e4 e6 2.d4 d5 3.exd5 exd5 4.Nf3 Nf6 5.Bd3 Bd6 6.O-O O-O 7.Bg5 Bg4 8.Nbd2 Nbd7 9.c3 c6 10.Qc2 Qc7 11.Rfe1 Rfe8.

White has no right to Whine!  I hear some say that they play the Exchange with the expectation that Black will force asymmetry somehow, like ...c5 or ...Nc6 or ...Ne7, and White tries to play based on that.

Who says Black is under any Obligation to do that?  You are the one that is stupid enough to play the exchange!  Now it is your problem to make the first committee move!

If you trade Rooks and then reload, Black will trade and White will be down 2 moves.  He will have wasted a move recapturing backwards with the Knight and it now beings Black's move on top of it!

If you play 12.h3, then 12...Bh5 and Black can play ...Bg6 to us up the diagonal.  White can no longer do Bg5-h4-g3 as he will now lose a pawn!

If White moves a queenside pawn, he will create a weakness.  Like b3 weakens c3.  Or a3 weakens the dark squares b3 and c4.  Etc.

So the only thing you could validly call a "disgusting opening" would be something like the Elshad for Black or White

Black - 1.d4 d6 2.c4 c6 3.Nc3 h6 intending 4...g5 and 5...Bg7

White - 1.c3 intending 2.Qa4

Worst opening ever (also it’s very common)…
