Well seeing as this rather goofy thread has been revived ( and I wonder why revive it ? lol ) I felt that I should read it again. There must be something useful here or why revive this thread ??? WRONG !!! Earlier someone suggested this is the worst thread ever. Let me now make a FORMAL motion and nominate this as the worst thread of all time. Everyone as you leave your posts here please also leave a yea or nay vote on your assessment of this thread.

cabadenwurt, I'm (frankly) a bit shocked and saddened by your attitude. How can anyone in their right mind around here suggest that a prime candidate for Chess.com's worst-ever thread is useless?!

AndyClifton Thanks for your concern re my attitude. I enjoy leaving a post in a funny thread like this. Also no matter how goofy my post is I still get a member point for posting and I want to pass the 1000 point level. Not logical to be sure but as you mentioned I am not logical lol.

trysts, this is an outrageous claim! I mean, where would "if you know" have been if everybody had been a quitter like you and had all just run off and left that thread behind for the comfort of some fascist pastry?
Sure, back then we all could've ganged up on kurogkug and made fun of his obsessive inquiries and eventually driven him away... Okay, actually that is what we did; but the point is that he came back and we all sort of adopted him as a mascot and found his tenacious obtuseness kinda adorable and an internet legend was born (one which hardly anybody else knows about, but hey, that's their tough luck!)...at least until he went rogue on us that one day and his head started spinning completely around and he was spitting pea soup at priests & stuff.
Okay, so maybe everybody in Elk Grove has now closed their doors to us and are all huddled in their houses in the dark waiting for us rowdies to go away...we can still camp out on their front lawns and sing folk songs long into the night and throw bottles and make the same nuisances of ourselves that we always have done!
After all, we have a venerable tradition to maintain.
That's like Plato's "Apology", Andy! But, that's how bad this thread is, even Plato is pissed off. This is a thread only found in Denmark. It's like "Cries and Whispers", where my sister is dying cancer, and the only friend I have is a clock... Painful thread. It's some artistic torture. It makes you want to buy a gun and shoot yourself in the liver, then shoot yourself in the knee caps, then hang yourself.
