Still, ingesting it slower rather then all at once might hurt your stomach a little less, and diluting it is also beneficial. On the contrary now that I think about it, eating it without peanut butter would cause you to throw up quickly, saving your stomach at the expense of your mouth and esophagus. There are I guess valid points for both sides.
