In this forum, E isn't allowed (as an expection in #1). So, you can chat here, and I sometimes ask a few questions (if I ask then e is allowed). I can ask questions like what is your name or where do you live or something. But when I chat, I also cant use the letter e.
When somebody uses E, then the member who commented above them has to tell a dare to him. The dare can include E, that's and expection too.
