But will you accept the sensible answer?

That being God of course created (without any religious debating, just pm if need) the hen so she could lay eggs, of course that would mean a male friend as well, yes?

Egg, this is because of evolution. Over many generations a ancestor of the chicken (most likely the red jungle fowl) had a difference in genetics that resulted in the modern chicken. So a red jungle fowl had laid a egg that contained a difference in genetics which hatched into a chicken.
