Picking a favorite animal is about as hard as picking a favorite song. It changes from day to day for me. I suppose if I had to pick one it would be the skunk. I love their attitude: "I don't care. I don't have to. I'm a skunk."

Parrots are surprisingly sneaky creatures.

One of my friends had a few. You'd let them get on your arm, then they'd slowly bend down and bite you.

One time we played "blind man's bluff" (a game where you blindfold someone, and he has to catch people), and we put the parrots around as traps for the unsuspecting blind man while he was trying to find his way with his hands. It was hilarious.

An up dog is a dog that was sick but is getting better - it's on the up.
