Relatively new here, I've found myself in a strange disposition.
This whole forum is completely unmoderated, chaotic even, which is why I've taken the time to create some very simple rules of discussion for you to inspect.
I've recently joined the "Heavily Moderated Forum" group, which I can strongly recommend for all you serious debaters out there.
I hope you'll meet these simple rules with respect and also feel free to supply suggestions for more ellaborate discussion rules. These will be put up for further discussion later on.
Without further ado, the rules so far are:
A request to speak must first be indicated by raising ones right hand, extending the index finger - when the Troika sanctions ones turn, one must stand up and only then one may speak.
Any comments to the topic at hand must be indicated by raising ones right hand, indicating a "C" with ones fingers. Should one feel obliged to move for an admin deleting the entire post, one must make the same hand gesture, only with the letter "R" instead.
No interuption: Please respect the other debaters. Wait untill it's your turn, respect the protocol, and only then type in your comment.
If one feels obliged to display that one is in agreement with the poster who is currently speaking, this is simply illustrated via raising ones right hand and shaking it vigorously.
The topic is exclusively controlled by the Troika. If one feels that ones comment is VERY important for the further flow of discussion, one may raise ones right hand, extending the index and the middle finger. The Troika will then evaluate whether ones attempt to interrupt may be sanctioned.
