chessgir, how do you upload a GIF which actually works?
Forums

Sadly not everything Chessgirl456.In particular if any political debate arises the Moderators seem to be much more proactive in locking threads. You are then referred to another forum site where "under cover" of "privacy" folk can presumably say what they want.I must stress that I have not as yet sampled the unrestricted delights of the said forum site. Why not try the site and report back to us?

There's a sort of trinity of things you can't talk about: politics, religion, and lichess. You can mention them, just not anything detailed or advocating any position. Or something.
They also limit how colorfully you're allowed to describe another member.

It's high time the Moderators got their act together. There seems to be one law for
some on this site and one law for others.Recently I have encountered one or two
scumbags (maybe that description is an insult to scumbags) who think they can
abuse anyone with impunity. When they are challenged they either continue the abuse/ run for cover and/or block.
Recently I have communicated with a certain member of the Administration about the
one- sidedness of the system AND RELATED MATTERS WHICH ARE NOW HOPEFULLY UNDER INVESTIGATION..Certainly two persons whom I have encountered should
be expelled from the club.Let's wait and see.Mind you the average I.Q. of some of that
category must be clearly in the minus rating.Enough said.
The forums allows people to post games, puzzles, photos, and whatever they want to. It even allows you to show what it's about. However the "off topic" section can be about anything!! You can share your opinion on ANY thing! Stories, poems, plays...
