Gary Kasparov on the Greg Gutfeld Show

Former World Chess Champion Gary Kasparov appeared as an opinion panelist on the Sunday (20 Sept 2015) Greg Gutfeld Show (FNC).

He was asked his opinion about the most recent Republican debate.  Kasparov was favorably impressed by Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida, who he felt had a good grasp on foreign affairs.

Kasparov compared Donald Trump to cotton candy - that it tasted good at first, but had no nutritional value.

I don't know if I would take a Russian's opinion or the presidential candidates serious.   Was Kasporov saying that Trump's hair looks like cotton candy?

No, as I recall he compared Trump's political stands to cotton candy.

I think he said Trump's hair looked unnnatural.

When a liberal makes it up, it is a called reading between the lines or progressive interpretation.  Here is the quote that he was referring to:  "We cannot allow our fears and our disappointments to lead us into silence and into inaction."

How did you get to the conclusion that Liberals care about people?  They use people to keep them economically down and grow government by taxing people and/or keeping them dependent on gov't services.

Rubio is one of the two folks out of the entire field--both parties, if you consider them to be seperate--who doesn't appear to be a nutcase or idiot.

Hell, I'd vote for a major party candidate for the first time in 20 years if he were to somehow--miraculously--win the Republican primary.

I totally agree! Liberals promise everything but don't deliver.

This wasn't meant to be a topic about politics, but rather about Kasparov's views, as a chess champion turned politician.

He seemed rather educated on the subject matter, and up-to-date on the political situation world-wide.

And chess_is_my_god is right. Money is our religion in the US. It's our god. And people with the opportunity to abuse making obscene profits off of "innocent victims" will do so without blinking an eye (ex pharmaceutical companies). But then you fucktards just gloss over that part of the post and perpetuate your insipid TV forcefed and regurgitated opinion on how businesses don't need regulation and taxation. /rant. This is not worth my time.

"even if she is rich at least she pretends to care about the poor and working class this nation loves so much they even printed on there money,"

Well if you don't care you should have the class to admit it, else it would be unfair to the people who actually do care.

I don't think she really cares about people.  I think she sees it as an advancement of political and financial means.  Most politicians seem to "hide" their favoritism. She made no disguise in the fact that if you give to her foundation, then you will have political favors.  Don't get me wrong, I think most of the politicians grant favors -- just not as obvious.

For people who have "power," there is a sense of entitlement.  I think if the country makes a poor selection, we might see a return of the "divine right of queens."
