Cursing is not a sin. Also, please don't bring religion into this.
But I don't think anyone under 13 should curse. They'll build a habit of using curses all the time, no matter what.
Actions are more important. Free speech should have absolutely no exceptions. It's all or nothing.

im 13 and idgaf if ppl swear, i do it all the time and besides i watch stuff like helluva boss which has a lot of swearing, i may care if you swear if you swear on a place like Scratch, because you can't swear on scratch
