advice for motivation from a bodybuilding kid:
- set yourself goals, for example tell your self "I wont play whatever game/do whatever if i dont finish this exercise
- watch vidoes or music while u do it, could be motivating
- work out with a friend or family member, could make good and motivating vibes
- think or something you enjoy or love, while for example, doing push ups (thats how i reached 300+ push ups)

I'm a footballer and runner. I do weights to work on my arms and my football and running is enough for my legs. I need to work on my core mostly and losing weight to help with this

from what i've learnt from my experiences it's never about motivation but just plain discipline, what might help is by trying to make it into something you genuinely like doing or find peace in rather than like a chore

What? Motivation is the most likley biggest factor for losing weight/gaining muscles..
