Get Fit Challenge

So recently I have been doing less and less exercise (other than my football) as I just don't feel motivated. Has anyone got any tips or ways in which I can get fit and lose weight whilst also being motivated to strive on and complete my challenge? I want to have a good physique and body but just lack the motivation. Please help me do this!!

What is your sport ?

I'm a footballer and runner. I do weights to work on my arms and my football and running is enough for my legs. I need to work on my core mostly and losing weight to help with this

from what i've learnt from my experiences it's never about motivation but just plain discipline, what might help is by trying to make it into something you genuinely like doing or find peace in rather than like a chore

I’m pretty strong for my age, and I wrestle. I would recommend just searching up wrestling drills and just oractice them over and over again
