Going Away for Summer

Nobody cares but

People seem to be saying their goodbyes before summer, so I figured I'd go ahead and get it over with alongside the rest of the crowd. I'm not entirely sure if I'll be gone for summer, but I may be able to keep laptop privileges. The last day of school is the 22nd, so I could be gone really any time next week or the week after. The first day of school is going to be sometime in the first or second week of August if all goes as planned for my school. Next year, if I did well on my state testing last week (meets & exceeds, like i normally do), I'll be taking Honors and two extra electives.

Geometry (QUIT CHANGING THE CIRCLICUM PLEASE, I WANTED ALGEBRA 1)

Physical Science Honors (harder than regular science honor so yeahhhhh..)

US History or Geography Honors

Fundamentals of Computing

Introduction to Health Professions

I'm going to try and stay active in my schools clubs as well. I really enjoyed being on my schools chess team, and we are doing ESports next year. My school plans to do chess, Fortnite, Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8D, and a few others. So, I'm going to want to practice for those. As well as giving myself time to study. I don't want to be one of the brain-dead kids in the ESports club with a 64% avg. .

For Jr. Beta club, I want to try and spend every Friday at the animal shelter for my hours since I did a big fat goose egg this year.

Even if I DO stay active over summer, I don't see myself being as chatty as I normally am. I really need to re-do my bedroom over summer I'd expect at least a month or two weeks given just how speedy my dad is to get off of tiktok. (i've had purple walls for six years now... i swear i'm not 7 years-old) I need to train my dog, and help her learn to walk on the leash like she's supposed to since her pulling is giving me and my mom so many back troubles. I mean, to the point my mom is having to go to the chiropractor. 

I probably don't need an entire forum saying my early adios since I've only been here since late March, but I did want yall to know why if I randomly go quiet.

But, thank yall for being amazing. I didn't think the people on here would be so kind and welcoming. Epically after I looked inside of forums on other topics like GCD. If I'm going to be honest, I first found OTF back in December but when I saw the amount of posts some forums had I said to myself, "yeah maybe later." I just wish I would have came sooner.
