#5 it wasn’t meant to be mean. He is just saying that because pretty much everybody mentioned above is an OTF member. nobody will see this message that he referred to above unless he moves it to OTF.

I mean kind of. But not really. if he just put it in off topic forums where the message was supposed to be, it would be quite the opposite of extinguished.

Hi, guys.
Lately, I feel like I've been spending a lot of my time on the off topic forums on chess.com, and, well, that's because I have a life, but, like, it only happens when I get home from my midday activities, and...
Whenever I feel bored, I almost always go and look at you guys and your antics and what you're doing… and, like, so... Well, I'm making the decision to leave OTF.
(I might still be active on Corrupt A Wish, but that should be about it…. or @Illbtu’s threads)
You can still DM me, ask me questions through my ama, or say things to me here.
This doesn't mean I trying to ghost you guys, or, like, I don't enjoy you anymore or something like that. It just means that I've got places to go, I've got work to do and I've got chess to play.
