Oh... I realized the answer is just as simple as "having a massive data center and turning tons of clean water into air"

#162 according to my information, it would cost thousands if not millions of dollars a DAY to purify water. Even if you somehow had the money to fund purifying water, the mass amounts of gases will cause the greenhouse effect (leads to global warming) which is terrible for the environment. Anyways, with that much steam, they would eventually turn into moisture with areas close to it probably becoming humid. The moisture would also be very spread out so it would be hard even finding enough to fill a cup. Eventually this would result in droughts due to lack of water and the long time it takes for steam to turn back into water. About 30% (I think) of pure water will be out, and many people would become severely dehydrated while the smoke is becoming water.

I think he's talking about the gases used to purify the water.
