There is Johnny English, and French Stewart, for instance.

But I could not find One instance so of this Title used for the name, "Italian" on Google!

Can You?

Weird one. Obviously noone is called Australia or New Zealand or Indonesia either, which you are not concerned by. But, in response to your question, what about the Italian writer, Italo Calvino?

I'd be surprised if some guy somewhere hasn't legally changed his name to "Italian Stallion".

What you really mean;

Australian, New Zealander, or Indonesian.

from Italy

Italo as a boy's name is of Italian origin, and the meaning of Italo is "from Italy"

Pretty much so, but not quite.

"Italo" is Italian, while the word "Italian" itself is English.

Same meaning, but not the same word.

There's America Ferrera too.  And yeah, my first thought about Italian was Italian Stallion too from the Rocky Movies, but that's a movie character. America Ferrera is her real name.
