Yeah, when I was originally going to hire assistants and stuff I thought of giving out awards as "payment", but giving out trophies is pointless because they can always order from the trophy giver for free.
I have all the possible pay, in trophies that is.
You could refer people to the club.
You should create a trophy giving club, or just modify mine.
