How do you train with your engines?

Hello.

I would like to know what is your training with your favourite engines.

For example,i play a 15 minutes game vs fritz8 at max power then i analyze games(that i always lose)also with the help of stockfish of 28 march 2016.

Do you have any suggestions on my training?Could you(if it is not a secret)write how you work with your engines?

Because i when i play vs engine usually i arrive in a pair middlegame(maybe a bit worse for me)but then i do not know what to do while engine goes on to improve his position.

The only thing i use a chess engine for is to check my analysis i have done on tournament games.  It gives me a pattern of where im going wrong.
