Some days I sleep for just 4 hours or something and feel so fresh in the morning. Some days even after 9 hours it feels something is not complete in that sleep

They say that one has to finish eating at least 3 hours before going to bed. Like if you your bedtime is 10 pm you should finish eating by 7 pm

Taking a shower before going to bed too makes a huge difference! One is like a flower in the morning ! 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

A cold shower will keep you alert. You will sleep twenty minutes or half an hour later, but you will sleep better because it will take away certain things.

When you shower, it is not just the dirt on the skin that you are taking away.

Isn’t it amazing how just a moment back we exist in a world that we know and next moment when we fall asleep it’s gone! How so ever I try to know when exactly that switch happens it’s difficult to catch lol
