How r people changing their user more than once?

I don't think it's possible to change more than once. Are you sure that you have seen anyone changing username more than once? As per my understanding, you can change the username only once after you have created the account.

edit: just to confirm, after the first change yes i did contact support to get it changed again

You just ask staff they'll do it. Personally I like my name so I won't change it
