Thanks for the posts.
LOL, that is a good one Ivandh. If that is the type of cheating that he was doing then he is lucky if she didn't chuck him out of the window too.

BTW another fellow who got the heave-ho is johnnyusacha ( spelling ? ). The house-cleaning continues ---
Yes that is a nice avatar Eseles. It reminds me of a lot of the coins that we use here in Canada where we have a portrait of our Queen on the reverse side.
Just Spotted a cute avatar where someone is using a photo of the late Leslie Nielsen ( and don't call me Shirley ).
Early on in this thread I brought up the question of Multiple Personality Disorders in regards to those people who often change their avatars. This statement was at first done somewhat tounge-in-cheek but there in also another question here because some people like to change their on-line names as well. So the question is of course: Are these Chronic name-changes suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder ???
And speaking of strange activities I see that there is someone at this site calling themselves Snakesbelly2. Well there have even been threads here lamenting the loss of the original Snakesbelly, so perhaps he has returned ( Hip Hip Hurray ! etc etc ).
I've just come across a thread about those people that are using Koala Bears as their avatars. The person that put up that thread seems upset because more than one person is using Koalas as their avatars. However many of us are using the " Default " avatar, namely the Pawn drawing ( like the one that I use ) so it seems that the same avatar can be used by several people. Besides the Koala Bears are cute animals therefore people like them.
Thanks for the thought AndyClifton, Alas I am but a lowly Pawn upon the rather large Stage of Life. The Great and the Powerful of this World do strain mightily to bend History to their purposes and designs. As a low man on the Totem Pole of Authority I can only await the outcome of their endeavours ( and hope that they don't mess things up too much ).
Thanks for the thought AndyClifton. Being in the British Commonwealth I had the hope that I might be knighted someday; Sir Cabadenwurt, has kind of a nice ring to it lol.
Besides looking at the avatars here at this site I also like checking the many different flags that we have here. Earlier today I saw a flag from the Vatican City and I thought that it might be the Pope's butler ( who will now have lots of time for Chess as he has been convicted of giving out secret info ).
Thanks for the photo Stanhope13. However there are just too many choices there and having too many choices can be a bad thing, so I'm staying with my happy little pawn ( to repeat the old quote: " Pawns are the Soul of Chess " ).
Another interesting point here has to do with the many different Flags that people use. Indeed I was in a dicussion on that question recently. I've also changed my Flag, this could be useful for business and tax purposes ( & Switzerland is too far away ).
Spotted another funny avatar recently. It was someone else using the basic Pawn like myself but it was upside down. Indeed it looked like the Pawn was caught right in the middle of doing a loop-de-loop, quite cute.
Yep. His wife found out and chucked his computer out the window...
