It's actually kind of funny. You can learn quite a few useful skills by figuring out this problem on your own and I encourage you to do so. Look up how firewalls work and see if you can't figure out a way to break it. This project will teach you more about computers than school ever will.

try using chrome browser

in setting, change secure DNS in the security into cloudflare (1.1.1.1)

and try browsing some blocked sites
