Hate speech xD
I hate you all

I read a book by Larry Evans, I think it was, "The 10 most common chess mistakes."
I saw Gserper featured in one of the games, but sadly he was on the losing side.

Did you check out that game I linked? It's phenomenal.

Yeah, cool game!
Definitely didn't understand any of it, but it was good.

That is like farting against the wind and complaining it smells. If you don't like fast chess moves, don't play fast time controls.
Such a stupid thing to say. Time controls have only been around for a tiny fraction of Chess history and were only introduced to stop cheaters, but needless to say the Cheaters took advantage of them.

That's not quite accurate. Time controls were introduced following the development of equipment that could measure turn-based time (starting with sand clocks) to keep some players from trying to out-sit their opponents. It was mainly to eliminate that particular annoyance which many people experienced.

Lessons in how to convey the same message more politely.

These are called cheaters.

The meta-rationalist position that logic is just one system among many, and that the arbiter of truth might as well be anybody. Just because the so-called "rules of communication" require that I adhere to the rules of inference, doesn't mean I am required to accept their requests.

No, they were never referred to as cheaters.
I just did.
I can't argue with the-because-I-said-so defense.
So have it your way.

If I remember correctly, Gserper piece shuffled against Hikaru when he didn't know what to do.
On the other hand, Serper has played some amazing games, too. Ever see anyone sacrifice ALL of their initial pieces (the Queen, both Rooks, both Bishops, both Knights)?
