Stress and emotion is weird sometimes. It tends to work in the background in ways we don't really notice or appreciate until it hits a point or gets triggered in a way that makes it break loose, and then it often seems to come from nowhere. Just remember when you go through times like those that, however things seem, perceptions get warped by emotion. Take a break, distract yourself, and come at those fresh later on.
I have been feeling really low today - the worst I have felt for a long time.
I just can't enjoy my favourite hobby - chess, as much as I'd like to. I've been playing like **** today and I just can't concentrate. I've also been incredibly irratable and angry for no reason, as if the whole world is against me.
