It seems to me as if this picture resembles the struggle that those who identify as female face these days, and how the male-race is trying more, and more to dominate. I got this from a green egg, (And for some odd-reason, green is considered a more masculine-color) leaning on a blue egg. (Which for an even more odd-reason, is typically considered a more feminine-color.)

Eureka! I have my new hypothesis! We are all deep in the mud trying to decipher the symbolic significance of the colored objects, that we don't notice the large object (table?) underneath it!
