“I promise Will, I won’t touch a hair on their heads. You have my word.”
“Fine. I’ll do it. What are the specifics?”
“We’ll go up to meet them on that hill where they are protesting. We’ll bring soldiers, but I promise they won’t attack. We will simply bring them to distract them while you take control of them. Once you have them all, just walk them back to their homes and give them a command to forget everything about the revolution.”
“I’m not doing it.”
“Please Will.” Slash tried his best to stay as friendly and calm as possible. “If you don’t, these Rebels could murder many more people than I plan to. Anyone who disagrees will likely just be wiped out. You can’t let that happen.”
“No. I’m not helping you kill hundreds of innocent civilians.”
“Innocent?!” Slash’s mask of politeness began to waver. “These people have already attempted to kill me 3 times. They’ve tried to kill many of my men as well and succeeded at killing some. They are far from innocent.”
Will held firm. “Im not doing it unless you promise you won’t touch a single one of them.”
