I am not Cottonsock but I can answer a few of those questions for him
1. Does he like where he lives?
Probably. Otherwise, as cats do, he would just have moves.
2. Does he have any hobbies?
Begging for food, playing chess, scratching random people, purring, plotting the end of the world and drinking more tea than is good for him.
3. Is he really a cat?
Obviously
4. What is his favourite colour?
I think cats are colourblind. Thus there are certain colour's he simply can't see, so his answer will not be very accurate.
5. What is his favourite food?
I'm guessing tesco's finest duck and poultry (inc. chicken) jelly mixture for cats aged 1+.
