Is 1/null the true infinity?

Yes, because 1 is immeasurable great than null class.

But 1/0 is both negative and positive infinity, as a limit only.

1/ (∅) would be infinity, as it cannot be a measured negativey. Unlike 0 which is not positive or negative, why the undefined form, 1/0 is both.

It depends on a few things, e.g. what you mean by "true infinity". Rememer that there are lots of different infinities for different contexts
