Everything is racist and offensive.  It makes getting through each day a little easier.

I specifically cannot speak for people from India whether it is acceptable to say "Indians" there or not.  You would have to get your answer from one of them.

Here in the United States, both "Redskins" (yes, there is ongoing controversy about whether the NFL team's mascot is too racist to maintain) and "Indians" to refer to the group is now considered racist.

The proper term to use for the ethnic group that was here before the British came in the 1400s is now "Native American".

If you are from India, then you are Indian.  Did this somehow change, and no one told me?
