Is there Cross Platform Matchmaking?

I play on my phone and on a laptop about as much, but I find that I get matched up with easier people when I play on my phone. Do people playing on their phones only get matched up with others playing on their phones, or can anyone get matched up with anyone no matter the platform?

It doesn't matter what type of device you use, the same player pool is entered. That said, the settings if the seeks are device based, so it's possible your settings have different values.
