Is Water wet? **(THE ANSWER IS YES!!!)**

Cody is right.
Perhaps there is molecular bond. The same molecules bond together or the different molecules bond together.
I thought the different state of water such as ice, vapor, and liquid are determined by their molecular bond strength.

Molecules are constantly moving because they have energy. In a liquid form, water molecules have more energy than in a solid – they move around quickly, essentially bouncing off of one another. As the liquid cools down, the amount of potential energy is reduced and the molecules start to move slower. When the water temperature reaches around 0°C, the molecules stick together and form a solid – ice. Even in this solid stage, the molecules are still moving – we just can’t see it.

uuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...................................................

Here it is a molecular bond.
idrk wht that means lol
The black hexagon is a certain molecule structure. While the three dimensional green structure is a different kind of molecule. Both structure bonded together through red colored atomic bond.
In the red colored atom, both structure shares its electron to be used together.
Even though they bond together, they still maintain its own original molecular structure (black structure and green structure).

You have to know what the electron is. Also you should know the atom and molecule.
You could learn basic chemistry in senior high school.

good thing i'm not a senior yet
**(THE ANSWER IS YES!!!)**
This has been a controversial topic for many years........ I want your opinions. Comment what yours is. Please don't be rude but please do argue I personally think WATER IS WET. It can't get something wet if it itself is not wet. If you put water on your hand and you transfer it to the counter, your hand got wet. Water (which is wet) got the counter wet (which was dry). Therefore if water is not wet then how does it get other things wet.
THE ANSWER IS NO ACTUALLY
Water isn't wet because it is a liquid that wets things. Once you come into contact with water you become wet. Until then water is liquid and you are dry.
If water makes things wet, it must have "wetness" inside it, which makes water wet
