My amazing idea:
Place phone next to East wall. Turn volume 100% while it is on Autopilot on Infinite Flight (or X-Plane 10). It will make a terrible engine sound. When teacher goes to phone, she asks who did this and how to turn it off. Then I punch the window while the teacher tries in vain to turn off Infinite Flight.
That took TWO MINUTES.
Action accepted. But I see you staring at your crotch smiling when you are setting it and confiscate the phone. You lose item: Phone.
Accepted. As the hideous sounds play, he still manages to see you attempting to crash the window. But you are fast, Holo. And you escape!

I do this BUT I use this to my advantage... by writing I love you to the teacher in my notes...

I fill up my water bottle, walk a couple paces away, make sure nobody is around, and pour the water out. The Janitor is now distracted cleaning it up. He doesn't know that I caused the spill, I just reported it to him.
DMark action accepted.
Janitor is busy cleaning spill (water) in hallway now.
