That' s a good question which I would like an answer to as well? But I simply block them so I won't have to put up with them being a poor sport to me again!

It happens all the time. "So & So may have violated our fair play policy and may have their account restricted." And then you click his name and there are five other people saying that instead of resigning, he disconnected on them too. And that's just the ones who bothered to leave a comment.
So my question is, how many times does one of these poor sports need to do that before they actually "have their account restricted?"
