I used to be quite 'chubby' a couple years ago. I suppose I didn't realize it at the time. Then I got a girlfriend and I took a whole new look at myself. I began walking. A lot. Upwards of ten miles a day sometimes, normally with my iPod in my ear. I hadn't noticed how much weight I was losing. Now, I cycle on average five miles a day, and I've stayed skinny from all the walking.
I'm in the process of getting abs! Heh. Any tips for me? I know countless sit ups/crunches, but is there anything I can do that would aid me?
Hello there, I am by no means an overweight person. I am 17 and weigh around 83 Kg or in America 182 lbs. I have some stomach fat and I really want to get rid of it. I have a gym membership and I go everyday for 2 hours spending time on cardio and abs with some weight lifting.
What I am interested in is finding out is the best diet to go on for such a thing. My goal is to lose most of it, in about 1 month and 10 days. Any suggestions? I really appreciate any input to this as I could really use some advice. Thanks!
