...hmmm, I think chess would take a back seat for a bit, while you play a little.
...how about some travel and some toys first...then when we invest some of it to bring in a good return...we might then come back down to Earth, and consider chess.

I would spend none of it on chess, donate a lot of it to charity, get some video games, and then go on vacation
imagine you were very lucky and won more than 2 million dollars in the lotto.
how much would you spend on chess related activities.
(travel to tournament in other countries, books, videos, equipments, education coaching and so on. )
or would you continue to spent the same amount on chess and use the money on other things.
personally I might use some money to travel to other tournaments, and I might pay for a good chess player to go through my games.
