80 I might post a few of my better ones here sometime. I have a good 50-60 down in writing

I've had Lucid Dreams before, they are pretty fun unless you look in a mirror, then its a literal nightmare for me.

85 that’s another myth. The mirror one originated from a book or movie if I recall. Unfortunate that you heard of it, now it’ll be hard for you to convince yourself it’s a myth

Lesson learned: just don't look in a mirror.

87 good way to avoid it, better yet don’t think about mirrors at all, focus on the good stories you’ve heard about lucid dreaming

I’ve experienced sleep paralysis once before, but that was on purpose and it was FREAKY

I'm reading through the subreddit and I must say there are a lot of interesting and hilarious things there lol.

raffa8

Why did you want sleep paralysis on purpose?

Well, I really like to learn lucid dreaming, but it's not as easy as the videos I saw on yt. In my whole life I once have had a lucid dream when I woke up but since the dream was too nice, I again slept and backed to my dream just without one of the characters.

91 yeah there’s some idiocy there but if you stick to the most recent and better written posts the advice is generally better

In particular if you have any questions make sure to take note of SkyFallBlindDreamer’s advice, he’s been there for a long time and he’s pretty much an expert

92 I used to believe the myth that the WILD technique requires it. Nowadays I don’t recommend that technique to anyone, given that it requires waking yourself up halfway through a REM cycle
APersonWhoYoyos
Oh wait you were talking to 90

Sleep paralysis is impossible to force. If you attempt to, it will either not work or you will dream about getting it

#92 just wanted to figure out what it was like. I had a friend that went through it
NotNotCarson
how do u get it on purpose
APersonWhoYoyos
99 you don’t. It’s an extremely rare natural condition that you either have or don’t have and it’s not possible to force nor would it be a good thing even if you somehow succeeded
APersonWhoYoyos
All I know for sure is dreams are fascinating. I might give ol MILD a try tonight for old times sake.

I literally don't remember any dreams. Only something really vague about school. I only know it had something to do with school but not what. My dream recall really isn't good anymore...
