According to this link http://support.chess.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/122/0/what-should-i-do-if-another-member-is-rude-or-abusive you can submit an abuse report if they're being REALLY rude to you.. If it's not as offensive as the abuse report description here: http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/20 then the best you can do is just block him I guess.. Good Luck
