I’ve used pick-a-brick before. Sad there are less options.

I've done puzzles by, "Puzz 3D" and they had the same policy. If you just needed 1-5 pieces, their all numbered. So I would send them the needed numbers, and they would just send them to me at no cost, or minimal cost.
