I suggest you to draw structures like these in superflat, instead of in a random place with no space in a real Minecraft world
The idea was to go from world height to bedrock, standard world seemed the best.

Gonna, this is just 4 layers of empty air and 4 of some structuring, as well as the elevators for later and 4 hours of work currently put into it.
