my sleep schedule is screwed


I would recommend not watching TV or using electronics too close to sleep. I've gotten into a bad habit of going to sleep around 1 and waking up at 6:30, and randomly getting 13 hours of sleep another day.

I usually only watch TV late on Friday nights, the classic "movie night" thing. I do often use my phone late, sometimes right up until I go to sleep. #2
