my sleep schedule is screwed

Lately (as in for the past few weeks) I've been getting to sleep at around 11-12 pm. This would've been fine, since I wake up at around 9 am the next day, but the dark circles under my eyes have been getting no less prominent. Last night, I tried to get to sleep earlier (10 pm) and I could not fall asleep until 12 again. I need some help in breaking this habit to get rid of the annoying dark circles and prepare myself for 6:30 school day wake up time.

I would recommend not watching TV or using electronics too close to sleep. I've gotten into a bad habit of going to sleep around 1 and waking up at 6:30, and randomly getting 13 hours of sleep another day.

I usually only watch TV late on Friday nights, the classic "movie night" thing. I do often use my phone late, sometimes right up until I go to sleep. #2

Mine is screwed up too. I sleep from 10 to 5.
