Is that a song? ^ Maybe it should be lol. :-)

Why yes it is and it goes something like this...

where is kayak21 tonight?

she might be kayaking in the night

or she might be busy flying her kite.

This song came out in the 70's and it stayed on the top hits for 10 weeks!

I don't have a kayak or a kite. lol

Here's a new song for people to name:

These ideas are nightmares to white parents
Whose worst fear is a child with dyed hair and who likes earrings
Like whatever they say has no bearing
It's so scary in a house that allows no swearing
To see him walking around with his headphones blaring
Alone in his own zone cold and he don't care
He's a problem child what bothers him all comes out
When he talks about his f**king dad walking out
'Cos he hates him so bad that he blocks him out
If he ever saw him again he'd probably knock him out
His thoughts are whacked he's mad so he's talking back
Talking black brainwashed from rock and rap
He sags his pants do-rags and a stocking  cap
His step father hit him so he socked him back
And broke his nose this house is a broken home
There's no control he just lets his emotions go

Virgil Kane is the name
And I served on the Danville train
'Til Stoneman's cavalry came
And tore up the tracks again

In the winter of '65
We were hungry, just barely alive
By May the 10th, Richmond had fell
It's a time I remember, oh so well

A classic; group and title, please.

I pulled into Nazareth, was feeling about half past dead
I just need some place where I can lay my head
"Hey, mister, can you tell me where a man might find a bed?"
He just grinned and shook my hand, "No", was all he said.

Oh, yeah. Another classic.

Group and title again, please.

So what's the matter with you?

Sing me something new

Don't you know

The cold and wind and rain don't know

They only seem to come and go away

It's a band. Haha!

Ok, it's The Band. I think the name of the song is The Load.

The Band is correct!

The title is close; it's actually The Weight.

(Easy to see why you you thought it was The Load, though).

That part is from Aerosmith's Dream On. Eminem does a lot of references to older songs.

Correct. But the song that was quoted was "sing for the moment" by eminem. Not sure if you're familiar or not with it, but it uses the same melody for the chorus, heck, it uses basically the same chorus. And you are also correct by labeling what i wrote down as "dream on" by aerosmith

Well I'm packin up my game and Ima head out West

Where real women come equipped with scripts and fake breasts

Find a nest in the hills, chill like Flynt

Buy an old drop-top, find a spot to pimp

Hence why I said that part is from Dream On, and proceeded to point out Eminem's consistent use of references to older works in his songs.
