yes i think the problem is at your end , heres what i would do to fix possibly , but its a good thing to do too as it clears cache which slows things down

logout of cc (save password for re log in )

clear all browser history , gets rid of cookies , yet again save any passwords

switch browser eg chrome to firefox

log into cc
