In extensions, disable everything what's there.
So after reboot, test if the sound came back.
NO sound
Sort:
Try turning the volume knob on your speakers. Sorry, somebody had to say it!

Disabling extensions and rebooting doesn't work.

Hey, a couple ideas occured to me: Have you tried using the site with a different browser? (Opera or Firefox). That could tell you right away if it is a browser issue or a software issue. Second, you mentioned you updated Flash, but, as far as I know, Flash doesn't matter on this site - What matters is Javascript. Make sure your Javascript is up to date. https://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
I am not getting sound on chess.com. I have already tried the following:
1. Update flash player
2. Check sound settings on chess.com (are enabled).
3. Updated by browser
4. Restored browser settings.
I am using windows 7 operating system and google chrome. I get sound on al websites other than chess.com. How can i get sound on chess.com
