Ok... by now everyone already knows what to do. But in case you're new to chess.com or new to the Troll of the Month contests, here's a short version of the rules:
The nominations process will begin on Dec. 15, 2013, and end on Jan, 1, 2014. Members can be nominated for threads they have created, or comments they have made in the forums during the month of Dec. 2013. Each nomination for a particular member must be accompanied with at least one thread or comment. A member may not nominate himself. All nominees that receive 2 or more nominations become candidates in the voting process, which begins on Jan. 1.
