Then it looks like he just got muted. The same thing happened to letsgohome before - he got muted for spamming the forums, and for a month he couldn't post, and all of his forum activity disappeared. After after a month his forum activity came back, and he could post again. I haven't seen him on the forums for a couple of weeks now, so I have a feeling that maybe he managed to get himself muted again.

Actually yes, you can vote for yourself in the voting process. But you have to make it onto the ballot first by having at least 2 people nominate you here. And you cannot nominate yourself.
