why would we do that? bbeing voted "Troll of the month" is a once in a liftime achievment that you will never forget. we do not just hand the title over lightly...

In order to win the title of Troll of the Month, you have to first be nominated by at least 2 different people during the nominations period, and then receive a plurality of votes at the closing of the voting session.

Also, it's not necessarily a once in a lifetime honor - there is no rule that states that someone who has won it before cannot win it again. Although because of the high level of competition for the coveted honor, the odds of someone winning it more than once are very low.
