Thanks. The bowed instruments all have powerful sounds. I think the Crwth is my favorite. I'm not sure about the Taglharpe. In a way it reminds me of a bagpipe of which I'm not all that fond. The Gish-gu-di also has a strange sound. .. maybe because it's so old. It's plucked; I wonder when bowing came into existence.
Non-Mainstream Instruments

One of the instruments I stumbled on was the Oud. It's a very expressive, even soulful stringed instrument.
Ayy! I found that. Forgot to add it in

The Crwth: The crwth is a bowed lyre, and I fell in love with the sound. It is one of the only words without a vowel and a y.
The Bowed Dulcimer: This is a variant of the Dulcimer(I'll get to that later) Which sounds AMAZING.
Langspil: This is a norwegian instrument, very nice.
Taglharpe-This song is super edgy, will find better later
Gish-gu-di
This is a VERY old instrument. Enjoy an excerpt from Gilgamesh of Sumeria(correct title?)
Baroque Lute:
Baroque Thereobo:
Archlute:
Nyckelharpa: I LOVE!!! the sound of this song. Works wonders
Djedjet: Enjoy your dead language and dead instrument
Ocarina-Filthy elf playing our dwarf song
Morin Khuur- Chris Rippey also has good Morin Khuur, but not pure.
Mountain/Appalachian Dulcimer: The mountain dulcimer was an instrument people could make when they crossed the Appalachians.
Hammered Dulcimer: Hammered Dulcimer is completely different from the Dulcimer above, but they both are sweet sounding and Dulcimer means "Sweet Song"
Suka-This is the one I like most, but is on vimeo
Here
