On the topic of reporting:
The sample you shared does not appear to be spam. Spam does not typically refer to topics created with attention grabbing titles (though some topics or titles may violate other rules).
To clarify, spam typically relates to advertisements or copy/pasting large amounts of text or repeating the same text. A single user creating multiple topics with the same title could be considered spam.
OHHHHH, YOU JUST GOT #BURNT BY A MODERATOR! No but really, thanks for bringing that to our attention. I feel like it's necessary to clarify some more things people here get wrong as well. Like stuff with trolls and what is "bait"

Myself and other mods have AMAA's. If there are specific questions these are good things to ask there too (I don't want to distract from this thread). 
Or perhaps, questions in the Help and Support forums.
There's some things that don't really go without saying though. Like this for example where you have to make an entire thread for it

Oh, yeah, I simply wanted to bring similarities to frequent posting and spam rules. Possibly sparking a set amount of threads per day (nothing crazy, like even 5) would be a welcome change for most members.

It'll probably be unpinned later in it's life once the events are handled, but for now, enjoy it.
