Fathers are amazingly important, not getting some "figure" on the interwebz. And any man doing "mentoring" should be looking out for his own family instead, like fixing his mum's fence or whatever else needs doing.
In Roma families, it's a boxing match if you refuse to help your mum with the shopping out of the car. Ask me how I know.
