I used to get nose bleeds almost everyday in the dry winter weather (in Connecticut). Since I started taking fish oil everyday, I almost never get them. Anyway, I just thought I'd pass that along in case there are any other nose-bleed-afflicted boys and girls out there that are tired of bleeding all over themselves (it really sucks when it happens at work in the middle of a presentation!).
