I find quantum physics fascinating even though I don't know the math and have a hard time understanding some of the concepts. Fermilab is probably the channel I most often visit for that subject.

I also like learning about medieval life, especially castles and weapons. Shadiversity delves into gaming more than I like but has some very informative videos about castles and medieval weapons.

To be honest, I haven't watched many of this guy's videos but we used to hang out at www.swordforum.com and participated in many interesting discussions on all sorts of subjects. I figured I'd just give him a plug. He is one of the most knowledgeable people on the planet regarding medieval weaponry.
